  I received another wonderful letter from Lands' End.  This one is from Susan R., the online sales assistant.  Again, I am impressed with Lands' End efforts to build our relationship.

   Many thanks for the "Brucie"! You have no idea what a boost it is to
come into work and find a pat on the back! This form of customer service
is like the last frontier to me. I enjoy it and we are only just
beginning to learn the new ways our team can offer assistance to the

Online customer service will prove to be extremely important to firms conducting business on the Internet.  Lands' End is, without a doubt, heading down the right path.  If you do go shopping at Lands' End online (click here to get there -- no, I'm not in a professional relationship with them), I recommend that you use the Online help (if you need it); and ask for Susan R., she is a delight to work with.

Some more Batman items, from an ebay purchase, arrived in the mail the other day.  Ben and Sam were happy to receive a Mad Hatter, Harley Quinn, and Ra's Alghul.

I have many things to do.  Sadly, I don't anticipate much shopping for the next few days.  Happy Columbus Day.
