| My son Ben frequently asks me "did any packages come in the mail today?"
Today, he asked the mailman whether he had any packages. He rarely
asks me to take him to toy stores. Ugh, I feel like B.F. Skinner.
Has my science become my life? Can I not separate my professional
activities from my personal life? Will my son grow up believing that
all that is good comes in a package via the mail? When (if?) I return
to shopping in bricks-and-mortar stores, will Ben become confused?
(Uh oh, I feel a Frank Sinatra moment coming on) Science and fatherhood,
science and fatherhood, go together like a keyboard and playground,
this I tell ya brother, Ya can't have one without the other. Science
and fatherhood, science and fatherhood, It's an institute that's definitely
good, ask the local dot com, and they will say it's not mom.
Buy, buy, buy twenty four seven, it's a great lifestyle. Buy, buy,
buy and you will end the day with a smile. Science and fatherhood, science
and fatherhood, go together like a keyboard and playground. Dad I
think your crazy, You can't have one, You can't have none, You can't have
one without the mailman.
Thank you, thank you very much. I received my first issue of online OnviaFlash! from Onvia.com. This is definitely not junk mail. I am impressed by the value in this free online issue. This typifies one aspect of what I believe the Internet is all about. It is about delivering useful information, not worthless push-it-in-your-face advertising. I'm giving Onvia.com a Brucie for this pleasant surprise. Onvia serves small businesses. From Onvia's website: Onvia.com offers fast, easy access to a variety of products, services and information so you can concentrate on building your business. Here's a quick run-down: Products — Computer equipment, office furniture, paper clips—look no
further.
