Preliminary e-shopping purchase. I won an ebay
auction
for the Batman Animated Series Rogues Gallery. My son Ben wanted a Batman
figure known as Phantasm (see the Mask of the Phantasm movie by Warner
Brothers). This is a fairly rare figure and can cost upwards of $30; my
limit is $6-8 for a Batman figure for Ben, given the playful nature of
my darling three-year old. ToyKlectrr@aol.com, who was offering a Phantasm
at auction on ebay, was also auctioning the Rogues Gallery which consisted
of eight Batman Animated Series "repainted" (slightly different from, and
not as valuable as, the originals) villains, including the Phantasm. For
$36, I killed eight birds with one stone at around $5/figure. I loved the
excitement of getting the item in the mail and I found that shopping for
Batman items on ebay is easier than going to a store. In addition, my heart
is warmed by the ebay transaction praise left online by ToyKlectrr@aol.com
for all of the world to see.
