| An embarrassing situation. My mother is now using
HomeRuns online grocery service, and I am still visiting stores. I've
got to get the website completed and get this study formally underway.
My mother (i.e., Ms. Low-tech): has cable, fax, and is living in the Internet
age by shopping for her groceries online. Me (i.e., computer science degree,
worked in high-tech, PhD from MIT): no cable, no fax, still living in the
dark ages by visiting bricks-and-mortar retail
stores.
