Last Thursday or Friday, I sent in a used vehicle request to Wellesley
Toyota. I did not hear from them until today, Tuesday (pleasant
young salesperson was a Bentley College
graduate -- watch for Bentley, they are focused on technology and will
have a much higher profile in the not too distant future). I applaud
them for having an Internet presence; response time, however, needs to
be quicker as I believe that I am closing in on a deal elsewhere online.
Incidentally, I have not heard back from the New York Times with regard
to my online subscription request (I've been waiting for around two weeks);
this is consistent with their service performance of the past. In
the meantime, I've been reading the NYT online
edition.
