This photo shows the pipe coming out of the tub drain and connecting to the pipe which is connected to the catch pipe (so water from the tub will now drain from the tub and eventually into the water and sewer main pipe system).  The pipe in the upper part of the picture is an overflow outlet pipe which is not currently connected to the pipe entering into the catch, but will be at a later point in time.
