The Brucie award is granted to e-commerce entities that have exhibited impressive online service in an individual or related set of e-commerce interactions with me and engendered good customer relations (i.e., in non-academic terms, a Brucie is given to an e-commerce organization that, in some instance, either 1) treats me "right," or 2) at first, treats me "wrong," (unintentionally) but quickly makes up for it in an effective way). The Brucie is not based on my FULL evaluation of a firm's website and e-commerce practices; I give my "Seal of E-pproval" to e-commerce organizations who consistently exhibit outstanding e-commerce practices. (My thanks to Jonathan Hibbard for coming up with the award name, The Brucie.) Here is what some Brucie award recipients are saying about earning the award: Lands' End - "Lands' End, with the help of Susan R., is pleased to be awarded The Brucie Award." OutPost.com - "It's great, and your diary entry is very kind. Thanks a lot for taking the time to do this for us." Kozmo.com - "Wow! Thanks for
